GEOFFREY MORRISON

Founder, CEO

Geoff Morrison is the Founder and CEO of Concept i. He has been responsible since 1996 to develop and grow the firm into an award-winning, multidisciplinary design practice specializing in high profile commercial, retail and leisure projects. With offices in Bangkok and Shanghai, Concept i works throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asian Pacific regions on a broad spectrum of specialist projects.

Geoff’s professional qualifications are from Canada and the UK. He holds a Bachelor of Design (NSCAD Canada, 1993) and Master of Landscape Architecture (Edinburgh University, 1996). His project experience is truly international, spearheading large scale projects which fuse together master planning, architecture, interior, and related design disciplines. His work history includes senior positions with BDP (UK) and Forrec (Canada) in the retail, commercial and entertainment design fields. Geoff’s background has been formative in positioning Concept i as a global market leader in designing unique, lifestyle destinations.

Patchara C. Morrison

Executive Director

Patchara graduated in the first class of Landscape Architects from Chulalongkorn University (Bangkok) in 1982. and went on to complete her Master of Urban Design at Pratt Institute, New York in 1986. She founded her own landscape architecture firm; Forsite Design Ltd. in 1987 and completed many significant golf course, condominium, hotel, recreational and residential projects around South East Asia over the next 10 years. In 1996 Patchara became a founding Director of Concept i. She is on the Board and a full member of the Thai Association of Landscape Architects (TALA).

Patchara operates at the strategic management level of Concept i. She provides overall administrative leadership to our Bangkok office and oversees firm-wide accounting and financial policy. Her design expertise includes urbanism and urban planning, landscape master planning and design as well as detailed experience with residential planning and interior design. In recent years she has focused on turnkey design and build residential projects, managing the comprehensive design and construction process for a wide range of residential projects including condominiums, houses and interior fit-out packages. She has an impressive track in delivering high-quality residential design packages, on time and within budget, using a highly proactive approach and innovative problem-solving.

Richard Wood

Director

Richard Wood’s experience spans over 25 years with an impressive track record in specialist retail, entertainment and theme park design projects. He graduated with a BA (Hons) in Interior Design from Middlesex University, 1984, and worked with some of the UK's top retail design firms. Since joining Concept i in 2000, Richard has led the design of some of our most innovative Middle East, Pacific Rim and China projects.

Richard's expertise blurs the boundaries between retail and entertainment, across continents, within many different cultural spectrums. As Director, he is involved in all facets of a project from initial client briefing, concept development, through to project implementation. He is responsible to manage the design process and the interface between the client and project design teams. His projects include largescale commissions for Hanglung Group, Kerry Properties, Tamdeen Group, Kuwait, BRG Group, Vin Group and others. Richard has a unique passion and talent to morph design spaces with new media and technologies, engaging visitors and pumping up the user experience.

Alec Wong

Managing Director (China)

Alec holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. As a partner and Managing Director of Concept i (China) he is responsible to lead the firms China operation. With over 20 years of experience in retail architecture, master planning and interior design, Alec’s career is truly international, spanning positions and projects in the USA, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and China. His extensive track record of “built” projects reflects an impressive range of global retailers including Walmart, Simon Property, Tesco, Costco, Kerry Properties, CP Group, Central Thailand, Rainbow Group, Guangzhou Ming Cheng Group, SCPG Group, etc. He is a long time member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and American Institute of Architects (FAIA). Prior to Concept i – Alec was a founding partner of Arvenchi Design Consultants, operating throughout China, and a Senior Associate at MG2 Architecture in the USA and China.

Alec’s far reaching project experience includes retail, leisure and entertainment projects such as Tianjin & Beijing Kerry Center, Vanke Life Bazaar – Zhuanqiao, 5 Dragon Park Shopping Mall – Shanghai, Nison City Mall – Suzhou, Xiamen Dreams On Shopping Mall, Chongqing IFC, Hangzhou Rainbow Department Store, Central Department Stores - Chengdu & Zhengzhou, Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Retail, Walmart Sam’s Clubs (numerous locations), Tesco China Lifespace Malls, CP Lotus – Zhengzhou,  Alan Wong’s Shanghai Restaurant, and many others.

Tee Tantiratpaisal

Associate Director (Architecture)

Tee Tantiratpaisal holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Chulalongkorn University, 1988) and is a professional member of the ASA (Association of Siam Architects). With over 20 years in the design industry, his experience includes an extensive variety of projects throughout Thailand, China and the USA. From 1994-2000 Tee was Principal Architect for A-Line Architects; Bangkok. In 2001 he pursued an international career in California where he worked with SBA Architects until 2007.

In 2008 Tee returned to Asia to join concept i and leads the architectural division of the company. As Associate Director he is responsible for the team management, architectural design lead, inter-professional coordination, and direct interface with clients throughout the course of the projects. Tee has extensive project experience across many building types, project scales and cultural contexts. He is experienced in all aspects of retail design, including master planning, mixed-use development schemes; department stores and shopping centres.

Somrath Thavilap (Duke)

Creative Director

Duke is a graduate of the Art Institute of Seattle (Bachelor Interior Design, 1996) and also Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok (Bachelor Fine Arts, 1990). Since joining the firm in 1997 Duke has skillfully translated clients' visions into cutting-edge designs across retail, entertainment, theme park and food and beverage sectors. As lead Creative Director, his input reaches through all aspects of conceptual design and design team management. He is a “hand on - hand sketch” talent - a motivating force to his design teams, ensuring the work meets the clients brief, surpasses clients expectations, and achieves the highest aesthetic and functional standards.

Dukes’ track record includes the IAPPA Award Winning 360 Mall, Kuwait, Entertainment Zones (2011), and the recent ICSC Award Winning Capitol Mall Renovation, 2018. Duke works seamlessly across the retail and entertainment sectors on projects at all scales. His intuitive creativity and energy bring cutting edge trends and unique vision to his projects.

Elijah Jordan

Director

Elijah’s experience is truly global, spanning architecture and mixed-use projects in the U.S.A, China and South East Asia. Prior to Concept i Elijah worked with Gensler in their Shanghai and Bangkok offices and spent 10 years as owner/operator of a Design-Build company in America. Elijah's diverse skill-set, including project management, design and team leadership, was fostered through his Bachelor Degree in Business Management, and Master’s Degree in Architecture, University of Colorado, Denver.

As a Director, Elijah helps to direct and integrate the firm's corporate and project activities in Bangkok, Shanghai and Hong Kong. With over 16 years of design, project management and development experience, Elijah is committed to elevating design through creative collaboration, team integration, communications, and a holistic approach to adding value for projects and clients. His project experience encompasses a wide range of commercial office high-rise, large-scale master planning, mixed-use retail/entertainment, luxury hospitality and residential developments.

Raymond Lopez

Associate Creative Director

Raymond Lopez is a qualified Architect and Interior Designer with more than 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry. He graduated with a BSc in Architecture in 1995 at Adamson University in the Philippines and has worked across greater South East Asia, Middle East, China and the UK in the hospitality, retail, and commercial and residential, and mixed use sectors. With his design and sketch talents, Raymond provides “hands on” conceptual lead, solving complex design challenges, bringing maximum added value to client’s property assets. His extensive experience from project inception through to completion, allows Raymond to inspire and drive creative teams in close collaboration with stakeholders requirements, and construction related consultant teams. His work received world-class design recognition from Prix Versailles in 2017, IIDA (International Interior Design Association) in 2018, and Design Confederation Singapore in 2017.

Pei Han Shih (Kay)

Graphic Team Leader

Pei Han Shih leads our Graphics and Branding division. Kay graduated with a Bachelor of Communications Design from Taiwan and worked internationally for several years before obtaining her Master’s in Graphic Design at the London College of Communication, UAL. She has over 15 years of experience in visual integration design including prints, ads, web and packaging design, signage and wayfinding. Kay received three prestigious awards during the 2005 edition of the Young Designers Exhibition (London) that saw her win Silver, Special and Excellence Awards for her creativity and delivery of Web-Digital Media.

Kay has a strong focus on brand analysis and design and leads her team to create inspirational visual themes and content for all Concept I’s projects. Kay’s talents are multi-faceted, with innovative applications of Graphic Design in the broad context of architectural, interior and public spaces. She works across two and three dimensions, and into the realms of 3D Graphics, signage, wayfinding and sculpture.

Francesc Domingo

Associate Director (Architecture)

From Barcelona to Bangkok, Francesc Domingo brings unique insight and experience to Concept i with his architectural design talent and focus on innovation. Francesc holds a Master of Architecture, Columbia University, New York 2010. He started his design career in Spain followed by a move to Bangkok as Architect-in-Charge at OBA studios in 2013. There he played a lead role on architectural projects ranging from high-end hospitality and retail/commercial developments to the high-profile Thailand Pavilion at Expo Milano, 2015.

At Concept i Francesc has spearheaded the design for such exciting projects as the Jeddah Airport Retail Master Plan, Jeddah Retail Mall, the ICSC Award Winning Capital Mall; Istanbul, Tema World Entertainment Complex; Istanbul, City Stars Redevelopment; Cairo, Sanya Eco-Tourism Development; China and many more. Francesc’s conceptual mindset ensures clients of unique, out-of-the-box designs that are exciting yet highly functional and sensitive to local cultural contexts.

Symon Lai Hong Who

Associate Director

Symon Lai Hong Who is a seasoned design professional with an extensive track record in Project and Design management, site design coordination, team leadership, and project consultancy. He holds 2 degrees from the National University of Singapore including a Masters of Architecture (2002) and a Bachelor of Arts – Architectural Studies (1999). With more than 15 years of experience working in both Architecture and Interior Design fields, he has worked with prominent firms such as Gensler and DP Architects prior to Concept i.

Symon’s project references span diverse development types and scales, including large scale mixed-use developments, retail, residential and commercial interiors. Symon is detail oriented, with a strong focus on coordination, communication and problem-solving. He is a proactive problem solver and brings senior level project and design management expertise to our China projects, from Concept through to construction completion.

Mark Richard Dendy

Senior Project / Technical Manager

Mark Dendy is an experienced and talented design professional with more than 25 years of hospitality, luxury residential, leisure, theme park, retail, and commercial construction projects under his coordination/ management. He holds Design Diploma’s in Interior Design, Reigate School of Art and Design (1983) and Croydon School of Art and Design 1980. His impressive and diverse career spans the UK, Greater Asia and the Middle East, involving extensive ‘hands-on’ site representation.

Mark brings a wealth of experience to sophisticated and specialist construction challenges. Mark site managed Concept i’s award-winning 360 Mall Entertainment Zones in Kuwait (2011) and was our chief Site Design Coordinator for the exclusive 1st line brand zones of Central Embassy, Bangkok (2014). He was recently engaged to implement our Al Mana Indoor Leisure project in Doha, and oversee the execution of our Food and Beverage/ Leisure Interiors at Hong Kong Jockey Club.

Wirush Sirisaksit (Rush)

Senior Architect

Wirush Sirisaksit holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Silpakorn University, Bangkok, 1994) and a Master’s degree in Public Administration (National Institute of Development Administration 2001). He has over 20 years of experience in retail and commercial planning, conceptual design, including detailed knowledge regarding Municipality/Government requirements, project feasibility, and project construction.

Rush began his career working in the Thailand offices of the international design firms Takenaka, Japan and RDG Planning and Design, Canada, following his professional training period in Singapore. His retail experience began early and his track record includes major retail centers in Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Thailand. This broad exposure gives him an in-depth and versatile knowledge of commercial planning and design fundamentals.

In 2010 he joined Concept i’s Bangkok studio where he works on all scales of commercial architecture including project master planning, site and feasibility analysis, architectural conceptualization, renovation and technical documentation packages, and project management/coordination.

Natalie Chelliah

Associate Director (Interior)

Natalie Chelliah is an ARB registered British Architect and Designer at Concept i, focusing on parametric and computational design. She has always had a keen interest in different aspects of arts and construction from a young age; turning into a fascination with functional design and an enthusiasm for solving practical problems. Her professional experience includes an extensive variety of projects throughout the UK. USA, China, and Thailand and spans multiple scales from the design (and making) of furniture and fittings; arts projects and installations; small & large scale interior design, to architecture. She is a versatile designer, with project experience en-compassing a wide range of large-scale luxury retail, small-scale boutique retail, luxury hospitality and residential developments. Natalie achieved her RIBA Part 3 from the University of Westminster, London and BA (Hons) and Master’s degrees from Leeds Beckett, in the UK. Her thesis project ‘Responsive Infrastructure’ received a distinction and focused on a case study of future Manhattan hit by climate change. It was nominated for the RIBA Silver Presidents Medal, exhibited at the RIBA in London, and published in various magazines and design blogs.

Nirutt Montalop (Toom)

Senior Interior Designer

Toom holds a bachelor degree in Interior Architecture (King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology, Bangkok, 1999). Prior to Concept i he worked with several large Turnkey Design and Construction firms delivering residential and retail/commercial projects. There he developed a detailed knowledge of construction technology, and the construction process, overseeing the technical documentation and site design coordination work. He is a meticulous and talented designer with an in-depth and versatile knowledge of interior design, and the related construction process.

Toom joined Concept i in 2009, and participates as a key designer in many of our most challenging and innovative projects. His design skills and experience are fully harnessed to produce daily work and interface closely with the project design and documentation teams. Together they produce professional standard design presentations and technical drawing packages, in coordination with other project professions, internal and external technical teams.

Nunthiya Sangsuriyan (Bee)

Senior Architect

Bee Sangsuriyan holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, 2011. She started her career at Studio Qube Ltd. prior to joining Concept i in 2014. Bee is a talented “design architect” with over 8 years of experience in commercial, retail and hospitality projects. She has worked on our award winning projects at Capitol Mall; Istanbul (ICSC Best Mall Renovation, Europe, 2018), Sogo Department Store Renovation; Taipei, Mesa “Breeze” (Residential/Commercial Development); Antalya, City Stars Redevelopment; Cairo, and our recent Hotel/Indoor Theme Park Complex, Hanoi.

Bee works all scales of architecture, from first sketch to final CAD work. Her strengths include her rigorous commitment to research and contextual understanding, and how these filter through the design process to achieve exceptional results. She is equally versatile at master planning, architectural conceptualization and design development and is highly valued for her new and fresh outlook on each project.

Tarinee Manussarikarn

Senior Interior Designer

Bell graduated from Silpakorn University with a bachelor degree in interior design. She is a versatile designer with more than 13 years of experience in interior design, lighting design and project management. Her design experience covers retail business, office, hotel, residential and cultural tourism projects. As a senior designer, she has in-depth experience in concept design, scheme design, expansion design, construction drawing design and project coordination.

At Concept i, Tarinee work scope is designing, preparing and reviewing submission packages to meet the client’s requirements. The projects she working on are retail and office projects for Fosun International, China Vanke and China National Convention Center – Beijing. Prior to working at Concept i, Tarinee completed many successful projects such as Happy Land Kids Club Taiyuan Store, Chengyang Store, Xiamen Store; Yibin Lizhuang Master Planning; Sichuan Vanke Life Bazaar @ Zhuanqiao; Beijing Guorui Shopping center; The mall of Canton Guangzhou; Bangkok Season Fashion Mall; Robbin Department Store; BAAN & BEYONG Home Department Store; Niseko Skies Hotel; Guangxi Mangrove Park Shanghai Bay Cultural Tourism Project and many more.

Kosol Kosolkitiwong (Bank)

Interior Designer

Bank graduated with a Bachelor of Interior Design, School of Architecture, Bangkok University, 2013. He also holds a Master Degree in Innovative Real Estate Development, Thammasat University, Bangkok 2017. As an interior designer in Concept i he supports our creative directors, analyzing, designing, developing, and presenting innovative work from initial idea to detail documentation.

With over 6 years experience, Kosol is a key member of our commercial and leisure design teams. He has participated in projects including Capitol Mall - Istanbul (2018 ICSC Award Winner), City Stars - Cairo (80,000 m2 Renovation), Mesa – Antalya (45,000 m2 mixed retail, leisure, food and beverage destination), Infunity Sea - Kuwait (state of the art indoor active play park) and most recently an indoor destination attraction for SEEF Group in Bahrain. Prior to Concept i, Kosol’s experience included interior turnkey design and build for retail/residential projects, giving him a strong background in detailing and construction. He is an avid photographer and versatile across most design technical and presentation software.

Chutikan Treewattasasuwan (Meen)

Architect

Meen is a graduate of Bachelor of Architecture Studies from University of Wellington, New Zealand. A dean lister scholar and academic achiever from 2017 – 2019.

Outstanding design awards received by Meen include Student Design Awards – Year 1 Winner by the New Zealand Institute of Architects (NZIA) Cadimage Group, 2nd and 4thPlace in the 24 HR Design competitions by the Student Architecture Network New Zealand, and a Finalist Mentions of Culture Stations Competition by YAC Academy.

Itthinat Palmoke (Big)

Interior Designer

Big holds a Master’s degree in urban vision and architectural design from Domus Academy, Milan (2019) and a Bachelor’s degree of architure design (2018). His experience covers architectural design, interior design, concept design, graphic design, rendering and branding.

Before Joining Concept I, he was an intern at Palmer and Turner in 2021, also an award-winning, global design firm, involving in many projects in interior design such as residential and retail renovations. His competition projects span from landscape to mixed-used with project locations in Shanghai, Milan, and Thailand. His internship projects include

Big is highly skilled in all aspect of architecture, including drafting schematic schemes, creating design concepts, and project planning. His active architectural study trip in London, Tokyo and Milan was a training ground to hone his skills and knowledge in urban and modern style of architecture.

Vilma Joy Malucay (Vee)

Business Administrator

Vee is a graduate of Business Administration major in Management from the University of Northern Philippines. She is a performance-driven and knowledgeable business administrator with a proven track record of success and employer satisfaction. She has more than 10 years meaningful working experience with background in sales, marketing, client relations, and customer service.

Prior to joining Concept I, she has worked for various organization industries including engineering, transportation, real estate, learning institutions, and financial institution with offices in the Philippines, Dubai, Singapore and Thailand.

Eva Zhao

Senior Project Manager

Eva Zhao holds a Bachelor degree in Architecture from Shanghai University and has over 15 years of professional experience in Project Management, Design Management and Interior Design. Her extensive expertise embraces both interior and architectural projects, with a strong focus on the retail, office and leisure sectors.

In her project management role, Eva provides seamless and clear, bilingual communication between the owners teams and design studio, ensuring fast and thorough response throughout the design and construction process. She is hands on and proactive to represent the client’s objectives and interests in all aspects of her work, and meticulous in managing projects professionally and systematically. Eva’s track record spans the full spectrum of retail/commercial design at all scales across greater China. These include numerous large scale retail mall developments for Kerry Group, Hanglung Group, Vanke and Hisense groups, big box superstores such as Costco, and Sam’s Clubs, and a wide range of indoor entertainment parks and leisure destinations.

Charatporn Assavasoth (Prae)

Landscape Team Leader

Prae has been awarded the degree of a Master of Arts in Landscape Architecture from London’s Global University with 2nd class honours degree in Landscape architecture conferred by the Kasetsart University Council.

Prae has 7 years of invaluable experiences at L49, a landscape practice based in Southeast Asia. She has experience in delivery projects in ecological, urban, educational, residential, leisure and commercial sectors, both in the private and the public realm. She worked on all stages of design, from initial concept, master planning, all the way through to planning, and construction.

Prae is always keen to improve her skill set, and she keeps up to date with the dynamic and ever-changing nature of landscape architecture.

Elva Qu

Senior Interior Designer

Elva Qu holds Bachelor Degree in Interior Design and Advertising from Shanghai Tongji University, 2010. With over 12 years of experience, Elva is an expert and senior member of our project teams, focussing on the design development, technical documentation and construction stages of a wide range of project types and scales. She also supports our China design response during construction and site work. Elva has been a key team member on projects such as Tianjin Kerry Center, Changxing Ocean City Mall, Qingdao and Changsha Hisense Plazas, Shenyang Traders Hotel, Hanglung Shenyang Forum 66 and Kunming Spring City 66, and Chongqing Tianhe International Center. Prior to joining Concept i, Elva worked on multiple retail, commercial and hospitality projects in China including the Marriott Royal Shanghai Plaza, Shanghai Fengxian Four Season Garden, Jiangsu Lianshui New City Plaza, and Hangzhou Rainbow Plaza.

Kittisak Jienwatcharamongkol (Hong)

Interior Designer

Hong graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Bangkok University in 2012. He joined our interior team in 2018 as a key designer assigned to work within our commercial, retail and leisure project teams. With his previous commercial experience, creative talent and aptitude for detail, Kittisak is immersed in our projects from the outset. He contributes to the conceptual analysis and response to the brief, ensuring the client requirements are transformed into visual reality, to the highest creative standards, on time, within budget.

Kittisak is involved with large-scale commercial, retail, entertainment projects including work on several high-profile developments; Hong Kong Jockey Club – New Clubhouse (Level 7), City Stars Mall, Cairo (80,000 m2 interior renovation), Sanrio - Hello Kitty Indoor Park, Vietnam, New World D-Park, Shenzen, and K11 Ningbo, China among others. He is passionate to explore and innovate, bringing unique design creativity that adds fun and excitement to his work.

Patteera Khemakun (Gib)

Interior Designer

Gib holds a Bachelor Degree in Interior Design from the faculty of Fine Arts, Rajamangala University of Technology, 2012. With over 6 years of professional design experience in retail, entertainment, hospitality and residential, projects, she joined Concept I in 2017, and is a core member of our creative design teams.

Patteera’s design versatility is exceptional and expressed through her meticulous and delicate hand sketches. She thrives on projects demanding unique and original concepts and takes great pride in the artistic representation of her ideas. Her responsibility includes space planning, conceptual/sketch design and developing the design details for specific areas, using a variety of presentation software.

Patteera’s recent projects include the newest K11 and D-Park Mall projects in China, a 15,000 m2 IP branded indoor leisure park (Sanrio’s Hello Kitty), a major new thematic lifestyle retail complex in Cairo, and several state of the art retail/dining/entertainment developments in Vietnam, Bahrain, Thailand.

Bella Gao

Interior Designer

Bella Gao graduated from Henan Broadcast of Agricultural School 2009, majoring in Computer Science and Technology. She immediately started to work with Interior Design/Construction firms and quickly gain experience in the hospitality and residential sectors preparing documentation, sourcing and collecting materials and providing design and site support to international design teams. She is a talented and creative individual, capable to work in Mandarin, English and some Japanese, within tight timelines and budget awareness.

At Concept I Bella is a member of the design team, participating in projects such as Tienhe International Finance Center, Chongqing, Yuecheng Retail Mall, Beijing, and Spring City 66 Kunming. She works within our China and Bangkok studios in both design and technical capacities during the detail design stages of the projects. Before working at Concept i, Bella was working at Shanghai Mao Long Decoration Design Engineering and CCD Design, Hong Kong on projects including Hilton Hotel - Shenzhen, Park Hyatt, Ningbo, Kingsley Regis - Shenzhen and Huarun Oak Bay Club – Shanghai.

Tina Liu

Interior Designer

Tina Liu graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Design from West Anhui University, 2009. With over 5 years of experience working with foreign designers, Tina is a passionate designer offering a fresh, contemporary outlook to her work. As well as interior design work, she also participates in design management. Her talents include building bridges and understanding between foreign and local designers and client teams.

At Concept i Tina is a key member of our Shanghai team, working on retail and entertainment projects such as K11 - Ningbo, D-Park - Shenzen, New World Dept. Store Shanghai and others. Her scope includes preparing and reviewing design packages and continually developing the depth of detail through the design process. Prior to Concept i, Tina was working for Gwen Design, a foreign interior design studio in China on projects including Tajine Restaurant, The Bund, Shanghai, UB –TIME Classic Tower, New World Shopping Mall, Dux Boutique Brand Shops and others.

Sunny

Interior Designer

Sunny Peng is a self-disciplined, focused and passionate interior designer with over 10 years of experience in project coordination, interior design and construction administration. Graduated from Shandong University of Art & Design with a bachelor degree of Industrial Design, Sunny has worked for prominent firms such as CCD Cheng Chung Design and Hassell prior to Concept i, and has completed many large scale hospitality, office and high-end residential projects, such as Shanghai Jinmao Xijiao and Jinmao Daning Palace, Crowne Plaza Shanghai Noah Square, Shanghai Su Ning Tian Yu C6, Shanghai Greentown Rose Garden, Xi’an Jinshi Holiday Inn, Hangzhou Olympic Park 260 Showflat, Shao Xing J Tower Residential, Baoxin Narada Xuzhou Resort, Hangzhou Shun Wang Office.

At Concept i, Sunny is a good team player and always willing to tackle challenging work in projects. She has a high quality requirement for her design deliverables and always provide creative and suitable design solutions from concept through to construction in the area of material sourcing, FF&E preparation and material specification documentation, etc.

Supanan Boonchaisri (Fai)

Senior Graphic Designer

Fai is a Graphic Designer and Brand Specialist. She holds a Master’s Degree of Management major in marketing and management International program from Mahidol University, Thailand (2017). She is also a graduate of Fine Arts with 2nd Class honors from Silpakorn University, Bangkok.

Fai has a total of 10 years’ experience in graphic designing. She has done various design projects such as Branding design for Retail/Community Mall, Real Estate and Hospitality business. Her signage design experience include Hotel such as the Hilton Amin Giri (Maldives) resort and Marriot (Khaolak) hotel, a few Retails and Cinema. She has also involved in social media advertising designs, print media, and website designing.

Fai is tech-savvy, creative thinker and uses human behavior and psychology as her base in her design works.

Punjaporn Kanchanda

Senior Graphic Designer

Punjaporn holds a Masters Degree in Communication Design from the University of Southampton UK (2014) and a Bachelor Degree of Arts (Communication Design) from King Mongkut University, Thailand (2011). Tess is a talented and versatile visual designer with over 5 years experience spanning retail, food and beverage, hospitality, commercial and transit sectors. She is a key member of our design team injecting dynamic visual identities enhancing the user experience. Her work often extends into interior design, architecture and environmental contexts, embracing 3 dimensional graphics and large scale wayfinding and signage packages. Tess is engaged on work from the Far East to Middle East, creating powerful graphic expressions with diverse local and international appeal. Prior to Concept i she worked with leading international retail and airline consultancies, honing her skills in guest experience design, brand development and implementation.

Punjaporn is an energetic and self-motivated designer, with a strong passion to place our clients at the leading edge of their markets. Sandy Ren

Senior Interior Designer / Project Coordinator

Sandy Ren is an experienced and versatile interior designer and design technician with a strong track record in site design coordination, inspection and handling site design response during construction. He hold a qualification in Bachelor of architecture from Hubei University for Nationalities. Sandy’s experience includes large scale hospitality and commercial projects and includes supervising and managing the construction documentation stages of work, overseeing production teams for drawing/specification/tender packages.

With Concept i, Sandy’s responsibilities have included being positioned on site as Resident Site Design Coordinator for Yuecheng Center Mall in Beijing, as well as Tianhe International Center Retail and Office Plaza, Chongqing. More recently Sandy was assigned to the exclusive Hang Lung Spring 66 Retail Center in Kunming. Prior to Concept i, he managed project documentation teams, producing professional technical drawing packages, and coordinating between design professions and project technical teams.

Jirawan Hongsri (AP)

Architect

AP graduated from Assumption University with a bachelor’s degree in architecture and design.

For the last 4 years, she has been involved in more than 20 projects including Benz Phitsanulok, Benz Shukhumvit, Benz Rayong, and Benz MB Prime, a showroom and maintenance service type projects in Thailand.  She has also other notable design portfolio such as Big C, Robinson, MM Food Service, and Shore Hotel. .

Joining Concept i with her versatile combination of design, presentation and technical skills would be an asset for the project.

Chansin Kulyasorn

Interior Designer

Chansin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture (King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Chaokuntaharn Ladkrabang, 1996). With over 3 years in the design industry, his experience includes retail/commercial projects through all stages from project conception to construction. Chansin is an all-round designer, from sketch design, to illustrate ideas, to building models and renderings. Meanwhile, Chansin’s cheerful and positive attitude has gained trust from many clients and coworkers in China.

At Concept i, Chansin is working on retail and office projects such as China National Convention Center, K11 – Ningbo, D-Park – Shenzhen and many others. His scope includes preparing and reviewing design packages and continually building renderings to meet the design intention. Prior to Concept i, Chansin was working for Lastword studio and IF Integrated Field Co., Ltd. on projects such as Beachhous Phi Phi, Redbarn House Café & Shop Chaingrai; HuHuMale Thai Cuisine Restaurant; Xiamen office; Nava Residence; Santiburi the Residences; Chongburi Residence

Tony Chen

Project Coordinator / Technician

Tony graduated with a Bachelor degree of art design from Tianjin University Ren Ai College. He has over 7 years of experience in project planning, interior design and project management.

As a Project Coordinator / Technician Tony is involved through-out the design and construction process, from preliminary concept through to detailed design development, documentation, and on site follow up. He works as a key member of the design team. On large scale developments, he provides a key supporting role to the Design/Project Manager. Tony has extensive experience in design development and construction documentation, bringing a thorough understanding of, and ability to execute technical drawing packages to the high standards. He contributes to both the design and technical management of the projects, multi-tasking to ensure consistency and accuracy between the design, documentation and final quality of the work.  His project experience includes work for major retailers such as Westlink, Vanke Group, numerous Sam’s Club locations, several large scale malls and signage/wayfinding packages.

Sasithorn Phoungvarintara (Jenny)

Interior Designer

Jenny graduated with a Bachelor of Interior Architecture from King Mongkut’s University of Technology in 2018. She joined Concept i in 2019, working within our commercial and creative teams, and is involved with all aspects of interior design from planning through to detailed design. Her work spans retail, leisure and office projects, and she is part of our core team working on 5 Star global retail developments bringing the newest trends in innovation and design.

Notable projects include New World Group’s newest K11 branded mall in Ningbo, China, a cutting edge, experiential retail center. Jenny is also working on D-Park Shenzen, a branded Children’s edutainment mall. Jenny is versatile on a wide variety of software and her innovative presentation skills can be seen in our client presentations, visuals and marketing material.

Benjama Prasertpan (Pear)

Graphic Designer

Pear graduated from the School of Architecture, Bangkok University in 2019 and joined Concept i soon after. Her creative skills include architecture, branding and commercial graphics. Her design work is versatile and exploratory, crossing boundaries between the creative professions. Pear’s talents are applied to our conceptual designs, using a wide range of software, media and motion graphics to convey, portray and animate our work for clients. She works within our interior, architectural and graphics design teams, to add visual character and bring projects to life.

Pear works within our Graphic design team on environmental graphic concepts, and interior/exterior signage and wayfinding packages. She is talented photographer and continuously injects fresh new dimensions throughout her work.

Wipaporn Puttawong (Kik)

Architect

Wipaporn graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Architecture from Bangkok University. Her training includes Real Estate, Project feasibility for Residential, Office, and Mixed-Use Developments and Retail Design for various different types of shopping developments. Wipaporn is fluent with Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to analyze, document and coordinate complex projects throughout the design process, including assessing their energy performance and sustainability.

At Concept i, Wipaporn’s work includes a 600 Unit Integrated Hotel/Resort in Cox’s Bazar, Bashundhara Group’s new 80,000 m2 Dhaka Convention Centre, “Munx2”, the new experiential retail zone at Seacon Square, Bangkok, Robinson Land Corporation’s Forum Mixed-Use development in Manila, and the Bangkok Transit System Renewal Project.

Wanvanut Ninphanapand (Pu)

Interior Designer

Pu graduated in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology, Bangkok. In 2020 She also graduated from Donghua University, Shanghai with a Diploma in Mandarin Chinese.

At Concept i, Pu works between our Shanghai and Bangkok Studios assigned to projects such as New World Group’s D-PARK Mall in Shenzen, Beijing North Star’s CNCC Retail and Office Development, Fosun Group’s Financial Island Mall in Chengdu, and Vanke Groups 2 new Mall’s in Jinan. With her goal to “bring an ideal unicorn to the real world”, Pu combines out of the box thinking with optimum functionality resulting in unique and buildable design solutions.
